Intuit is seeking a Staff Executive Compensation Business Partner to lead design, governance, and communication of executive compensation, and stock program initiatives in the Total Rewards team.
The role requires strong analytical thinking, strategic influence, and collaboration with HR partners and leadership to ensure competitive and equitable programs and successful Board materials preparation.
As a Staff Executive Compensation Business Partner, you will play a critical role in the Total Rewards team, assisting the design, implementation, and governance of our executive compensation programs, short term incentive programs, and long term incentive programs (stock). You will provide expert counsel and strategic direction to ensure our programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives. You will also play a key role in supporting the quarterly Compensation Committee meetings.
The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of best practices in compensation programs. You will be comfortable with ambiguity, possess exceptional problem-solving skills, and thrive in our fast-paced and collaborative culture.
