Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Staff Executive Compensation Business Partner to join the Total Rewards team in Mountain View. You will help design, implement and govern executive compensation, short-term incentives, and stock programs, while advising HR partners and business leaders.

You will also lead benchmarking, training, and communications, partnering with legal, finance and consultants to ensure competitive, equitable programs aligned to business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with a focus on executive compensation and stock programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable about external factors and trends affecting executive compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, implementation and governance of executive compensation programs, including STIP, LTI, and deferred compensation.
• Provide expert guidance to HR Partners and leaders on executive compensation matters.
• Lead development and delivery of executive compensation training and communications.
• Manage annual benchmarking process, data analysis, peer group selection, and recommendations.
• Partner with executive recruiting to develop competitive offers for new executives.
• Forecast and model impact of plan design changes and regulatory updates.
• Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in executive compensation.
• Support materials, agendas, and presentations for Board Compensation Committee meetings.
• Support broad-based stock programs with legal, finance, and external consultants; include budgeting and stakeholder training.
