Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to lead global compensation initiatives within the Compensation Business Partner team. You will translate business priorities into practical, market-informed strategies for assigned client groups, including Manufacturing, Future Forward, and the Chief Medical Office.

You will design annual salary structures, equity programs, and executive compensation in partnership with HR leaders, driving governance and internal equity across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field and 12+ years of compensation experience.
• Deep knowledge of market pay practices, governance, equity, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and modeling skills for large data sets.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tooling to improve analysis while preserving judgment.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Self-driven, able to manage multiple priorities in a matrix organization.

• Develop compensation strategies aligned with business goals and talent priorities.
• Create executive-ready analyses and decision materials with context and risk assessment.
• Design and scale compensation programs, tools, and governance frameworks.
• Advise HR and business leaders across client groups on base pay, equity, and incentives.
• Monitor market trends and adjust programs for internal equity and policy guardrails.
• Provide scalable approaches for recurring compensation needs and AI-enabled insights.
• Mentor team members and share best practices across the Compensation function.
