Job summary

Intuit seeks a Senior Manager of Compensation Programs & Analytics in San Diego to lead the end-to-end execution of our global compensation and recognition programs. You will drive market intelligence, data-driven decision making, and an intelligence-to-action delivery model across regions.

You will supervise a team, partner with HRIS and Finance to ensure system readiness and budget alignment, and modernize processes with AI and automation to support our talent strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR operations in a global environment.
• Proven success leading large-scale program execution and recognition programs.
• Strong understanding of Workday Compensation modules and a passion for using AI and automation to evolve legacy processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution of the annual global compensation planning cycle (base, bonus, equity) across regions.
• Transform market intelligence and data operations using AI to automate routine tasks and generate talent insights.
• Oversee global market intelligence and survey participation across 7+ countries.
• Direct the global delivery of recognition programs with data integration and a frictionless employee experience.
• Partner with HRIS and Finance to ensure system readiness and budget alignment.
• Develop communications for leadership to explain rewards programs clearly.
• Lead a unified team of compensation professionals focused on predictive analytics and operational excellence.
