Applied Intuition, Inc. seeks a Compensation Business Partner to design and manage cash and equity compensation programs as we scale. You will benchmark against the market, advise senior leaders, and develop scalable reward frameworks.

You will collaborate across functions to ensure fair pay, drive equity programs, and support the compensation roadmap in a fast-growing tech environment. Strong stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience with cash and equity programs.
• Experience designing and evolving compensation programs including benchmarking, leveling, and pay equity.
• Experience supporting compensation across multiple functions/geographies.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into recommendations and forecasts.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives in fast-moving environments with stakeholder management.
• Experience building people solutions using AI/Dev tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor).

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve compensation programs and practices to support growth.
• Serve as a trusted compensation advisor to leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Lead compensation benchmarking and market analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Support design and execution of compensation programs, including reviews and job architecture.
• Develop scalable processes that adapt to changing priorities.
• Balance strategic design with hands-on implementation.
