Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience with cash and equity.
• Experience designing and evolving compensation programs and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve compensation programs and practices to support growth.
• Serve as trusted compensation advisor to business leaders and partners.
• Lead benchmarking and market analysis; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Design and execute compensation programs, reviews, job architecture, and frameworks.
• Develop scalable processes that evolve with changing business needs.
