Job summary

Criteo seeks a seasoned executive compensation professional to lead governance, design, and governance for public company disclosures. The role partners with senior leadership, Legal, Finance, and external advisors to ensure robust executive compensation programs and compliant reporting across global operations.

The ideal candidate combines deep analytical capability with sound judgment and a focus on governance, accuracy, and strategic guidance for boardroom discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, HR, economics, accounting, business or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, including executive compensation.
• Experience supporting executive compensation for publicly traded companies and boards.
• Strong governance, disclosure, and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with external counsel/advisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, administration, and enhancement of exec compensation programs.
• Support Compensation Committee and Board materials and governance documentation.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, payroll, investor relations, and external advisors on governance processes.
• Manage executive equity programs, policy development, and share reserve analyses.
• Prepare and validate executive compensation disclosures for proxy statements and regulatory filings.
