Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in compensation-related roles.
• 7+ years focused on executive compensation in a public company environment.
• Strong understanding of executive compensation regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the governance framework and operating model for executive compensation programs.
• Plan and coordinate the annual executive compensation calendar.
• Develop presentation materials and maintain tracking processes for decisions.
