Job summary

Mobility Global seeks an experienced Senior Counsel to lead executive compensation matters, governance, and related disclosures. You will collaborate with the executive and HR teams to shape compensation programs, disclosure practices, and governance policies across the company.

The role requires 7–15 years of governance and executive compensation law, with strong skills in securities compliance, 409A, NYSE requirements, and cross-functional leadership within a global organization.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials.
• Experience designing cash- and equity-based compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive compensation and disclosure advice, including equity plans, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Advise on governance matters, compensation committee agendas, and board-related disclosures.
