Job summary

Cognite is seeking a Senior Director of Compensation & Analytics to own the global compensation philosophy, strategy, and governance. You will lead a small, globally distributed team and partner with P&O leadership to drive a data-driven compensation function across multiple geographies and regulatory regimes.

The role focuses on evolving compensation architecture, benchmarking, and predictive analytics, including a People Dashboard and attrition analytics, while aligning with M&A integration

Qualifications

• 10+ years in compensation and/or people analytics.
• 3+ years leading a global team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of Cognite's compensation model and architecture.
• Own the annual compensation cycles end-to-end for salary reviews and promotions.
• Govern pay transparency and compliance across geographies.
• Provide external reporting on pay equity and ESG metrics.
