Job summary

Deluxe is seeking a Director, Compensation to lead the design and governance of our global compensation programs. You will partner with senior leadership, Legal, and Finance to ensure market-competitive, compliant compensation strategies including executive pay, board disclosures, and incentive plans.

With 7-10 years in broad-based and executive compensation, you will drive annual review processes, benchmark positions, and oversee regulatory reporting while supporting workforce and governance

Qualifications

Experience leading broad-based executive compensation programs.
Knowledge of governance, proxy disclosures, and board reporting.
Ability to benchmark compensation using market data and peer groups.

Responsibilities

Lead design, governance, and administration of executive compensation.
Partner with senior leadership, Legal, Finance on strategy and recommendations.
Manage annual executive compensation review processes and disclosures.
Oversee base pay, short- and long-term incentive programs and governance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
