Job summary

Remote Worker LTD. seeks a Community Builder for LATAM on the Growth Team. You will recruit, host, and nurture executive-level communities city by city, starting in Mexico City, Bogotá, Miami, Quito, and Lima.

The role blends in-person events with strategic outreach, working closely with Sales and leadership. You will own end-to-end events, track outcomes, and keep the network active between gatherings, with fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Experience building a community or chapter from scratch.
• Strong event operations management across venues, vendors, timelines.
• Organized across multiple cities with calendars and budgets.
• Comfort with senior executives, ambassadors, and partners.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a local ambassador network in priority cities.
• Identify credible local operators and invite them as ambassadors.
• Own end-to-end events: guest lists, invitations, venues, run of show, follow-up.
• Create repeatable city playbooks: dinners, wine tastings, happy hours, roundtables.
• Collaborate with Sales to support target-account outreach at events.
• Keep the community engaged between events with introductions and programming.
• Manage social media calendar and coordinate with content creators.
• Track city metrics: attendance, seniority, introductions, meetings, pipeline.
