Job summary

This role supports the SVP of Communications and the department to reach strategic goals with professionalism, discretion, and high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in communications or as an executive assistant.
• Experience in communications, PR and/or media services.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted point of contact for the SVP of Communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage complex calendars, travel, and scheduling across games, events, and meetings.
• Prepare presentations, agendas, and meeting recaps for executive meetings.
• Coordinate executive speaking engagements and outreach.
• Maintain trackers, roadmaps, calendars, and archive databases.
• Assist in planning and executing PR events and briefings.
• Monitor media and social media coverage.
• Collaborate across departments to drive productivity and identify story opportunities.
