Job summary

Player 15 Group is seeking a Coordinator to support live presentation elements for the Phoenix Mercury and Valley Suns. You will help produce in-game assets, innovative features, and ensure smooth mascot appearances to engage fans and fulfill partner objectives.

You will collaborate with teams to ideate, write, and implement skits, stunts, and props while maintaining equipment and coordinating performances on game days and events.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience in sporting events; NBA experience preferred.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work odd hours including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• OverseeAll internal and external Phoenix Mercury and Valley Suns mascot appearance bookings, including payments and invoicing; serve as mascot handler for game days and events.
• Assist in ideation, writing, and production of mascot skits, stunts, videos, props and in-game features.
• Maintain and organize mascot props, deliveries, vehicles, and ensure upkeep with a maintenance schedule.
• Assist Manager in booking anthem and halftime performers; act as lead stage manager on game days and oversee rehearsals.
