Job summary

Acrisure Cyber Services is seeking a Client Success Manager to act as the executive partner to our clients, aligning technology with business goals and driving value through service delivery and strategic reviews.

You will lead client relations, liaise with internal teams, and guide IT and compliance project outcomes, including technology budgets, renewals, and strategic planning—with a focus on reducing risk and boosting productivity for diverse client bases.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience delivering IT consulting or business IT strategy.
• Ability to translate client goals into technology recommendations.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen client relations as the primary point of contact.
• Liaise between the client and internal teams to ensure delivery.
• Lead quarterly Technology Business Reviews and strategic planning.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and renewals.
• Develop budgets and proposals for client IT initiatives.
• Onboard new clients and manage ongoing relationships.
