The role emphasizes revenue growth, advisory leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, with an on-site presence to support collaboration and team leadership across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a client facing, client advising, or business development role required with experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license required
• Must have maintained an active insurance license for a minimum of one (1) year

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual objectives by building a qualified pipeline and meeting quota.
• Develop and execute growth plans leveraging data-driven insights and AI-powered tools.
• Partner with service teams and marketing to deliver proposals and tailored solutions that maximize revenue.
