Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a client facing role.
• Property and Casualty license preferred, or ability to obtain license upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue growth by building a qualified pipeline and meeting quota.
• Develop strategic growth plans using data-driven insights and AI tools.
• Coordinate with service teams and marketing to deliver tailored proposals across multiple lines of business.
• Manage client relationships with a consultative approach and identify upsell opportunities.
• Follow structured sales cadences for pipeline progression and forecasting.
