Job summary

Aon is seeking a Strategic Client Leader to serve as the primary liaison for HR Solutions between Aon and its clients. This senior role owns the relationship, builds deep client insights, and articulates how Aon services can drive the client’s human capital strategy.

You will lead a portfolio of 15–20 strategic accounts, engage with HR, Finance and C‑suite leaders, and coordinate with Aon experts to craft innovative solutions. The position offers executive visibility and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing/selling HR Solutions
• Broad knowledge of HR Solutions consulting and outsourcing offers (e.g. Talent and Rewards, Health Care, Retirement and Investment, M&A, Communications)
• Strong account management, negotiation, sales strategy and sales process skills

Responsibilities

• Leads a portfolio of 15-20 Strategic Accounts representing HR Solutions
• Interacts with client roles including HR, Finance and C-suite leaders
• Leads strategic client planning to drive service excellence and revenue growth
• Crafts innovative solutions and leverages resources to pursue new business
• Coordinates with Aon team leaders for high-quality, responsive service
• Communicates the full value delivered by Aon HR Solutions
• Runs market and client intelligence for assigned clients
• Supports integration between HR Solutions and other Aon services
