Job summary

Aon seeks a Senior Strategic Client Leader to act as the primary liaison for HR Solutions across a portfolio of strategic accounts. You will lead executive-level client planning, articulate Aon’s thought leadership, and coordinate with subject matter experts to deliver value and revenue growth.

The role requires strong account management, negotiation, and sales strategy skills, with a track record selling HR solutions. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s a plus.

• Experience selling HR solutions and services.
• Broad knowledge of HR solutions consulting and outsourcing offers.
• Strong account management, negotiation and sales process skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads a portfolio of 15-20 Strategic Accounts representing Aon’s HR Solutions.
• Interacts with client roles including HR, Finance and C-Suite leaders.
• Drives strategic client planning to deliver service excellence and revenue growth.
• Positions innovative solutions leveraging firm resources for new business.
• Communicates the full value delivered by Aon and sustains client relationships.
• Runs market and client intelligence for assigned clients.
• Helps integrate between HR Solutions and other Aon services.
