Aon is seeking a Strategic Client Leader to serve as the primary liaison for HR Solutions between Aon and its clients. This senior role owns the relationship, builds deep client insights, and articulates how Aon services can drive the client’s human capital strategy.
You will lead a portfolio of 15–20 strategic accounts, engage with HR, Finance and C‑suite leaders, and coordinate with Aon experts to craft innovative solutions. The position offers executive visibility and a broad benefits package.
The Strategic Client Leader position is a senior level role that serves as the primary business liaison for HR Solutions between Aon and its clients. While the role is multifaceted, in short, the Strategic Client Leader has overall accountability and responsibility for Aon's relationship with the client. At a strategic level, the role is encouraged to develop an in-depth understanding of their client's business. They should also understand the strategies senior management will deploy to drive desired business outcomes. That understanding is typically derived from meaningful discussions with C-suite contacts and their direct reports. Equipped with a clear strategic business purpose, the Client Leader works closely with the client and Aon subject matter experts. They explore and offer Aon's thought leadership, innovation, and services to improve the client's human capital strategy. This supports the client's overall business strategy.
At a functional level, this role serves as an integrator ensuring that the various Aon team members are client focused, providing consulting and operational insights based on the client situation and delivering a high-quality product and/or service consistent with the Aon Client Promise and continuous improvement principles.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $250,000 to $300,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in Aon's annual incentive plans in addition to base salary. The amount of any incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
