Job summary

Aon is seeking a Strategic Client Leader in Los Angeles to serve as the primary liaison for HR Solutions with key clients. The role encompasses strategic relationship management, guidance to C-suite, and coordination with Aon experts to deliver high-quality HR services.

You will lead a portfolio of 15–20 strategic accounts, craft innovative solutions, and drive service excellence and revenue growth, while leveraging Aon's resources and Client Promise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and selling HR Solutions to clients.
• Broad knowledge of HR Solutions consulting and outsourcing offers (e.g., Talent and Rewards, Health Care, Retirement and Investment, M&A, Communications)
• Strong account management, negotiation, sales strategy and sales process skills.
• Confidence and personal impact with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Leads a portfolio of 15-20 Strategic Accounts representing Aon's HR Solutions.
• Interacts with client executives including HR, Finance and C-Suite leaders.
• Leads strategic client planning to drive service excellence and revenue growth.
• Crafts and positions innovative solutions leveraging firm resources.
• Coordinates with Aon team leaders to deliver high-level, responsive service.
• Communicates the full value delivered by Aon HR Solutions.
• Runs market and client intelligence for assigned clients.
• Helps integrate between Aon services such as Risk Services.
