Job summary

AMD seeks a proactive Chief of Staff to the Corporate VP of Engineering Enablement in Seattle. You will manage daily operations, coordinate communications, and drive strategic initiatives across engineering and business teams.

This hands-on role offers exposure to executive decision-making and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Procurement. The ideal candidate excels at building relationships, influencing outcomes in a matrix organization, and delivering results quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• PMP and/or MBA is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with CSPs or OEMs in product development.

Responsibilities

• Drive the EE working model and coordinate weekly staff/ops meetings.
• Partner with HR for internal communications and Town Halls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Procurement to meet strategic goals.
• Support Long Range Planning (LRP) and budget targets (OPEX/Capex).
• Manage quarterly hiring plans and global footprint strategy with Lab Strategy.
• Prepare high-level executive presentations for CVP and stakeholders.
• Coordinate Seattle site calendar/events and foster a great place to work.
• Foster an innovation-driven, collaborative culture across teams.
