Job summary

AMD is seeking an EPYC Engineering Operations Lead to coordinate cross-functional execution across global teams, managing NPIs from component planning to on-time delivery, and leading R&D AOP planning to optimize performance and cost.

The ideal candidate has semiconductor experience, strong data management, automation, and financial planning skills, and can translate data into actionable improvements using Python, SQL, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering.
• Formal project management education, PMP / Scrum Master preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor industry and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish sample plans and budgets for each EPYC product and maintain execution plans with supply chain.
• Develop best-in-class processes to streamline the organization and expand roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build R&D AOP and monitor budget and divergences.
• Maintain operational, resourcing, and financial data to enable data-driven decisions.
