Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 12+ years of business operations or related experience.
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 14+ years of business operations or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives across AI inference processors, AI software enablement, server CPU, custom silicon, networking, hardware systems, and rack-scale engineering.
• Operational Management: manage operating rhythm including leadership reviews, execution tracking, staffing priorities, roadmap alignment, budget visibility, and decisions.
• Communication Liaison: coordinate executive communications, leadership updates, decision briefs, and follow-up actions between SVP BU Engineering Lead and leadership teams.
• Project Management: lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution including buildout plans, hiring priorities, AI readiness, and process improvements.
• Performance Monitoring: establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting on hiring, program execution, milestones, budget, risks, and capacity.
• Problem-Solving: identify execution gaps, bottlenecks, and blockers; develop options and drive closure with clear ownership.
• Meeting Coordination: shape agendas and materials for leadership forums and executive updates to ensure productive meetings.
• Executive Support: prioritize executive meetings, customer engagements, travel, reviews, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Risk Assessment: evaluate risks across roadmap, staffing, commitments, capacity, and dependencies; provide timely recommendations

Education
