AMD is seeking a highly organized program leader to partner with executive teams across the CG Office to drive operational rigor and scalable processes in Austin, TX. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Advanced degree and/or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational programs for the CG Office and organizational activities.
• Manage executive leadership cadences, forums, and meeting prep.
• Own calendar governance and meeting readiness for executive forums.
• Participate in engineering operational reviews to improve visibility and track priorities.
• Develop partnerships with engineering chiefs of staff and program managers to improve alignment.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives related to workspace planning and organizational operations.
• Monitor travel and operating expense trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and AI-enabled tools.
