Job summary

AMD is seeking a Senior leader to direct Cloud, HPC & Sovereign AI Customer Engineering in the Compute & Enterprise AI Solutions group. You will guide the team through deployments, supplier coordination, and lifecycle support for AMD compute and AI platforms at scale.

The role requires a strong technical and organizational leader comfortable with executives, architects, and operations teams, driving alignments across AMD.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership of customer-facing engineering teams.
• Extensive experience with cloud, AI, and datacenter deployments.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale programs and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Cloud, HPC & Sovereign AI Customer Engineering organization.
• Oversee CPM teams responsible for deployment readiness, NPI, ramp, and fleet sustainment.
• Drive deployment, adoption, and operational readiness across Cloud, AI, and HPC customers.
• Act as executive escalation point for strategic customer issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to ensure outcomes.
