Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, PA, seeks an Executive Chef to lead all aspects of food production for ourSignature Menu dining programs and from-scratch cooking. Join award-winning culinary teams and drive innovation in menu creation while managing budgeted operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in an Executive Chef role, with fine dining and catering trends knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality and cost controls.
• Proficient in PC software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food production within budget guidelines.
• Supervise food production staff and utility staff where applicable.
• Manage core menus, recipe management, and back-of-house systems.
• Ensure sanitation standards and monthly internal audits.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state food safety regulations (HACCP).
• Ensure high standards for food quality and visual presentation.
• Engage with residents through dining room visits and meetings.
