Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Signature Dining Program. This hands-on leadership role inspires and develops a culinary team while delivering chef-inspired, from-scratch cuisine to residents.

You will create innovative menus, ensure food quality and presentation, and foster teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement, making a meaningful daily impact on residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience a plus.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends, quality, sanitation, and food presentation.
• Proficient PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food production and plate presentation.
• Lead and develop culinary staff while maintaining budget guidelines.
• Maintain core menus, recipe management, and BOH systems.
• Ensure sanitation standards and monthly audits.
• Comply with federal and state food safety regulations.
• Engage residents through dining room visits and events.
