• Minimum 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience a plus.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food production from purchasing to plate presentation within budget.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to performance standards.
• Implement and maintain menus, recipe management, and back-of-house systems.
• Ensure sanitation standards and monthly audits are met.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state food safety regulations.
• Engage with residents through dining room visits and engaging meetings.
