Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all aspects of food production, from purchasing to plate presentation, within budget guidelines. You will supervise kitchen staff and implement core menus, ensuring sanitation and safety standards while engaging with residents to enhance dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience a plus.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends focusing on quality and presentation.
• Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of food production within budget guidelines.
• Supervise food production staff and BOH operations.
• Implement and maintain core menus and recipe management systems.
• Ensure sanitation standards and monthly internal sanitation audits.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state food safety regulations.
• Uphold high standards for food quality and presentation.
• Engage with residents through dining room visits and meetings.
