Job summary

Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all aspects of food production and kitchen operations. The role requires at least 3 years in an executive chef position, with fine dining experience considered a plus, and a strong focus on quality, sanitation, and cost control.

You will manage menus, BOH systems, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for residents, while mentoring kitchen staff and coordinating with dining management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience a plus.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality and presentation.
• Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food production from purchasing to plate presentation within budget.
• Supervise and support all kitchen staff and utility staff as applicable.
• Implement and maintain core menus and BOH computer systems.
• Ensure sanitation standards and monthly internal sanitation audits.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state food safety regulations (Health Dept, HACCP).
• Ensure high standards for quality and visual presentation.
• Build relationships with residents through regular dining room visits.
