Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all aspects of food production with a focus on from-scratch cooking and signature menu dining programs. You will supervise kitchen and utility staff, manage menus and BOH systems, and ensure sanitation and regulatory standards are met.

The role emphasizes resident engagement, cost controls, and high-quality plating. Requires 3+ years as an Executive Chef; fine dining experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends, with focus on quality and presentation.
• Strong understanding of food cost controls and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food production within budget guidelines.
• Supervise all food production staff and utility staff.
• Maintain core menus and BOH systems.
• Ensure sanitation standards and monthly audits are met.
• Ensure compliance with Health Department, HACCP, and other regs.
• Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation.
• Engage residents through dining room visits and events.
