Job summary

Invited seeks an Executive Chef for aPrivate Country Club in Riverwoods, IL to lead kitchen operations and deliver high-quality, cost-effective culinary experiences. The role drives menus, procurement, and staff development while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The Executive Chef collaborates with F&B and events teams to exceed member expectations, optimize profitability, and uphold Invited's culinary standards across the club.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years as Executive Chef with kitchen leadership and cost controls.
• Valid county food handler’s and ServeSafe permit.

Responsibilities

• Plan meals and menus, manage production, and ensure quality.
• Direct cooking, portions, and garnishing to meet standards.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and food/labor costs within budget.
• Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff; manage payroll for BOH.
• Ensure health, safety, licensing compliance and sanitation.
• Collaborate with F&B and event teams for banquet planning.
