Invited’s River Creek Club in Leesburg, VA seeks an Executive Chef to lead all Kitchen operations, delivering high-quality, cost-efficient culinary experiences aligned with Invited’s standards. You will plan diverse menus, supervise kitchen staff, and manage procurement and food costs to drive profitability while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

You’ll work closely with F&B leadership on events, ensure health and licensing compliance, and engage with members to deliver exceptional

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years as Executive Chef with staff supervision, cost control, quality & sanitation.
• ServeSafe/food safety certification preferred.
• College degree in Culinary Arts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan meals and menus based on guest preferences and events.
• Oversee procurement of food and kitchen equipment and manage inventory.
• Control food and labor costs to meet budget.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train kitchen staff.
