Job summary

Greek House Chefs Inc seeks an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across the GHC Kitchen. You will supervise staff, plan menus, manage purchasing and budgets, and ensure quality and sanitation standards.

This role requires 2-3 years in lead Sous or Executive Chef positions and/or a culinary degree. Strong leadership, training, and communication with house management are essential.

You will also coordinate training, oversee the GHC App, and plan for up to three special events per semester.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years Lead Sous or Executive Chef experience and/or culinary degree preferred.
