As part of the culinary team, you will collaborate with marketing to roll out new programs, manage inventory, and maintain high-volume catering operations. This role offers growth within a leading foodservice company.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High-volume production and catering experience.
• Experience managing cost controls.
• Culinary degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Plans and creates all menus.
• Purchases and manages inventory.
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team.
