Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates and ensure safety and sanitation compliance across the account.

Key responsibilities include cost controls, menu planning, inventory management, and rolling out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams. A culinary degree is preferred and 3–5 years of culinary management experience are desired.
