Compass Group USA is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account. You will lead a team, ensure safety and sanitation, and drive culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.

Responsibilities include cost control, menu creation, inventory management, and program rollouts. A culinary degree and 3–5 years of leadership experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of culinary management experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account.
• Plans and creates all menus.
