Compass Group USA seeks an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account. You will manage a team, ensure safety and sanitation, and drive culinary excellence across menus and programs.

You will lead cost controls, menu development, inventory management and the rollout of new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams. Experience in high volume production and catering is essential.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.

• Plans and creates all menus
• Purchases and manages inventory
