Compass Group USA is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account. You will lead a team of associates, ensure safety and sanitation, and drive culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.

Responsibilities include cost controls, menu creation, inventory management, and rollouts of new programs. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in culinary management and a preference for a culinary degree.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High volume production and catering experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account.
• Plans and creates all menus.
• Purchases and manages inventory.
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team.
