• Valid food handler’s card may be required.

• Directs all culinary activities for assigned GHC Kitchen.
• Plans and directs food preparation and culinary activities.
• Develops recipes and portion specifications per standards and budget.
• Manages budgets, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Trains kitchen staff and coordinates scheduling.
• Ensures cleanliness and safety per health standards.
• Coordinates training and menu approvals via the GHC app.
