Job summary

DePauw University Greek House Chefs is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to lead all culinary activities in the GHC Kitchen. The role focuses on menu planning, purchasing, budgeting, and staff development to ensure high-quality meals for residents and events.

The Executive Chef will train kitchen personnel, oversee scheduling, and maintain safety and sanitation standards across the operation, including oversight of the GHC App and special event planning.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years lead sous or exec chef experience and/or culinary degree preferred.

Responsibilities
