Key duties include managing cost controls, planning menus, purchasing and inventory management, and launching culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams. Culinary leadership and high-volume catering experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.
• Culinary degree preferred.
