Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, maintain safety standards, and lead culinary staff. This executive role emphasizes high-volume, complex foodservice management and adherence to corporate guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in catering operations, food quality, and sanitation, with hands-on cooking experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Competenze

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience depending on degree.
• Hands-on chef experience required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Follows standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation standards; completes daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safety, equipment operation, and sanitation per Company and regulatory standards.
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas; ensures schedules are followed.
• Manages inventory to ensure product availability within guidelines; assigns leftover food usage within Company policy.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations; participates in audits and safety programs.
