You will plan menus, ensure standardized recipes, train staff, manage inventory, and uphold company guidelines while delivering quality meals that support patient and staff experiences. This is a full-time role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• AS or equivalent experience in culinary arts.
• 3–5 years in progressive kitchen management.
• Extensive catering and high-volume foodservice experience.
• Hands-on chef experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to guidelines.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safety and sanitation.
• Manages inventory and ensures product availability.
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Ensures compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
• Contributes to departmental meetings and staff development.
