Compass Group USA is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account in Westlake, Texas. You will lead a team, ensure food safety and sanitation, and drive high standards across menus, inventory, and cost controls.

You will plan menus, manage food production at a high volume, and collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to rollout new programs. Culinary degree preferred and 3–5 years of culinary management experience are desired.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Oversight of safety and sanitation procedures.
