Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus per guidelines.
• Trains kitchen staff in food prep and safety.
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Manages inventory to stay within guidelines and ensure availability.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations and audits.
• Participates in departmental meetings and staff development.
