Job summary

Eurest, a Compass Group company, is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, ensure safety, and align meals with corporate guidelines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will lead culinary teams, design menus, train staff, manage inventory and waste, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering high-quality meals across corporate sites and events. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience.
• Must be experienced with computers; MS Office Suite.
• Hands-on chef experience is essential.
• Knowledge of food cost controls and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Oversees kitchen operations, maintains safety and sanitation.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation and equipment use.
• Maintains inventories and manages leftovers according to policies.
• Ensures compliance with health regulations and audits.
