Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a premier Business & Industry account. You will drive food quality, kitchen operations, team development, and innovative dining experiences for clients and guests in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Responsibilities include overseeing culinary functions, coaching staff, ensuring safety standards, managing costs, and delivering exceptional service for high-volume catering and events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of culinary management experience.
• Strong budgeting, purchasing, inventory management, and cost control knowledge.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop culinary teams.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Passion for innovation and growth with a leading foodservice organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all culinary functions for the account.
• Coach and develop a team of culinary associates.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Control food, labor, and operational costs to meet budget expectations.
• Plan and execute creative, seasonal menus tailored to clients.
• Manage purchasing, ordering, and inventory controls.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with marketing and culinary leadership to launch new concepts and programs.
• Support and execute high-volume catering and special events as needed.
