Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations in a high-volume corporate dining setting. You will drive standard and customized menus, oversee staff, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across multiple venues.

You will partner with clients and senior leadership to deliver exceptional dining experiences, optimize costs, and uphold regulatory requirements while mentoring culinary teams to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cost control.
• Proven leadership to build, develop, and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute standard and customized menus per guidelines and client needs.
• Lead, train, and mentor culinary staff on food prep, safety, sanitation, and equipment use.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local health standards.
• Establish and enforce cleaning and maintenance schedules for kitchen spaces.
• Manage inventory and control food costs, waste, and labor.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver high-quality dining experiences.
• Support catering and event operations as needed.
